5. NAKURU COUNTY ENTERPRISE FUND.

This is an 850 million fund targeting the youth, women and persons living with disability to create decent wealth and those in small, medium enterprises to access Financial and non-financial assistance.

  1. Enterprise loans at a negotiated interest rate of 7.5% which is lower than what most financial institutions offer.

6. K.I.E (Kenya Industrial Estates LTD)

K.I.E LTD was established in 1967 as a subsidiary of Industrial and Commercial Development Corporation (ICDC) to promote indigenous entrepreneurship by Financing small scale and micro enterprise in Kenya

7. IDB capital limited

IDB capital LTD is a development finance institution established by the government of Kenya on 12th January 1973, as a vehicle to further economic development amongst Kenyans and assist in the promotion, Expansion & modernization of medium to large scale industrial enterprises

8. I.C.D.C (industrial & commercial development corporation)

ICDC was established in 1954 to facilitate the industrial and economic development of Kenyans by aiding in the initiation, assistance, and expansion of industrial and commercial undertakings.

As a development finance institution I.C.D.C falls under the ministry of industrialization, trade & enterprise development.

9. STAWI

Stawi is a mobile loan App that offers unsecured financing to small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) in Kenya. This loan facility is an initiative of the central bank of Kenya. Partnering banks include: N.C.B.A, Co-op Bank Diamond Trust Bank (DTB), K.C.B Bank and NIC Bank.
